Proclamation under the Forest Practices Amendment (Administrative Reform) Act 2004
I, the Administator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Forest Practices Amendment (Administrative Reform) Act 2004 fix 1 July 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
