Guide Dogs (Approved Institution) Order 2006
I make the following order under section 2 of the Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs Act 1967 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Guide Dogs (Approved Institution) Order 2006 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Approved guide dogs institution I declare the Royal Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of Tasmania (ACN 009 486 873) to be an approved guide dogs institution for the purposes of the Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs Act 1967 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 21 June 2006
