Public Works Tender Board (Revocation) Order 2006
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, exercising the Royal Prerogative and acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order-in-council.

1. Short title This order-in-council may be cited as the Public Works Tender Board (Revocation) Order 2006 .
2. Commencement This order-in-council takes effect on 14 August 2006.

SCHEDULE 1 - Legislation revoked
The amendments effected by Clause 3 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Statutory Rules: (a) Public Works Tender Board Amendment Order 1997 ; (b) Public Works Tender Board Amendment Order 1998 ; (c) Public Works Tender Board Amendment Order 2002 ; (d) Public Works Tender Board Amendment Order 2004 ; (e) Public Works Tender Board Order 1997 .
