Living Marine Resources Management (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007

An Act to amend the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 and for related purposes [Royal Assent 30 April 2007]

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Living Marine Resources Management (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007 .

2. Commencement (1) This Act, other than section 81 , commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. (2) Section 81 commences on 1 September 2007.

3. Principal Act In this Act, the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4. The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .
