State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2008
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12(1) of the State Service Act 2000 .

Premier
1. Short title This order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2008 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 12 February 2008.
3. Principal Act In this order, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the State Service Act 2000 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
