Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment Order 2008
I make the following order under section 30(1) of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment Order 2008 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order, the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 .
5. Expiry The amendment to the Principal Order effected by clause 4(b) of this order expires on 31 December 2008 and, on that expiry, the Principal Order has effect as if that clause had not been enacted.
