Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Order 2008
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 3(2B) of the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Act 1951 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Order 2008 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Act 1951 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration Act 1951 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
