Rail Infrastructure (Rail Network) Order 2009
I make the following order under section 49 of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Rail Infrastructure (Rail Network) Order 2009 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Interpretation The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if it were regulations.
4. Principal Act In this order, the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 is referred to as the Principal Act.
5. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
