Environmental Management and Pollution Control Order 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 11 of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Order 2010 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 12 April 2010.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
