Proclamation under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2009 fix 1 July 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
