Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Amendment Order 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order-in-council under section 4(1)(a) of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1982 .

1. Short title This order-in-council may be cited as the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Amendment Order 2011 .
2. Commencement This order-in-council takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order-in-council, the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Order 1984 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Order 1984 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
