Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity Order 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Council of Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity, make the following order under sections 5(7) and (8) of the Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity Act 1994 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity Order 2011 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity Act 1994 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Obstetric and Paediatric Mortality and Morbidity Act 1994 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
