Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2012

We, the Honourable Peter Ethrington Evans, the Honourable Alan Michael Blow, OAM, the Honourable Shan Eve Tennent, the Honourable David James Porter and the Honourable Helen Marie Wood, Puisne Judges of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, on the recommendation of the Rule Committee, make the following Rules of Court under the Civil Process Act 1870 .
1. Short title These Rules of Court may be cited as the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2012 .
2. Commencement These Rules of Court take effect on 1 August 2012.
3. Schedule 1 amended (Table of Fees for Execution of Civil Process) Schedule 1 to the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from item 1(a) "50.00" and substituting "100.00"; (b) by omitting from item 1(b) "100.00" and substituting "200.00"; (c) by omitting from item 2(b) "0.60" and substituting "0.70"; (d) by omitting from item 3 "amount, or if auctioneer employed" and substituting "amount"; (e) by omitting from item 5 "40.00" and substituting "55.00".
