Justices Amendment Order 2012
I make the following order under section 26(1A) of the Justices Act 1959 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Justices Amendment Order 2012 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order, the Justices Order 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Justices Order 2004 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
