Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Amendment Order 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(2)(b) of the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Amendment Order 2013 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 1 July 2013.
3. Principal Order In this order, the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order 2002 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Collections for Charities (Approved Organisations) Order 2002 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
