Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under sections 9A and 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) declare the intended new line of the Colebrook Main Road to be the line specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation; and (b) immediately upon the declaration specified in paragraph (a) taking effect, revoke the part of the proclamation made under section 9A of that Act that was notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1989, No. 111; and (c) declare the part of the Colebrook Main Road specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation to be a limited access road; and (d) declare the places of access for the purposes of section 52B of that Act to be the places of access specified in Schedule 2 to this proclamation; and (e) immediately upon the declarations specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) taking effect, revoke the part of the proclamation made under section 52A of that Act that was notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1989, No. 111. 16 September 2013
