Proclamation under the Crime (Confiscation of Profits) Amendment (Unexplained Wealth) Act 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Crime (Confiscation of Profits) Amendment (Unexplained Wealth) Act 2013 fix 1 March 2014 as the day on which all of the provisions of that Act commence.
