State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2014
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 12 of the State Service Act 2000 .

Premier
1. Short title This order may be cited as the State Service (Agencies and Heads of Agencies) Order 2014 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 1 July 2014.
3. Principal Act In this order, the State Service Act 2000 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the State Service Act 2000 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
