Local Government (Land Transfer) Order 2014
After consultation with the Break O'Day Council and being satisfied that it is appropriate to do so, I make the following order under section 140(2) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Local Government (Land Transfer) Order 2014 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Transfer of land to Break O'Day Council The following land is transferred to the Break O'Day Council: (a) the land situated at Main Street, St Marys in Tasmania comprised in certificate of title Volume 223553, Folio 1; (b) the land situated at Henry Street, Mangana in Tasmania comprised in certificate of title Volume 207270, Folio 7.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 17 December 2014
