Proclamation under the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011 fix 1 February 2015 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:
(a) sections 31, 87, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95; (b) Schedules 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. 22 December 2014
