State Service (Restructuring) Order 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2015 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.
3. Change of name The name of the State authority known as Tasmanian Health Organisation – North is changed to the Tasmanian Health Service.
4. Amalgamation of State authorities Tasmanian Health Organisation – North West, and Tasmanian Health Organisation – South are amalgamated with the Tasmanian Health Service.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
