State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 4) 2015
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 4) 2015 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.
3. Amalgamation Cancer Screening and Control Services, part of the Department of Health and Human Services, is amalgamated with the Tasmanian Health Service.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 1 July 2015
