Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) revoke the following proclamations made under that Act: (i) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 3 June 1970 as Statutory Rules 1970, No. 70; (ii) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 3 June 1970 as Statutory Rules 1970, No. 78; (iii) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 8 June 1977 as Statutory Rules 1977, No. 115; (iv) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 10 December 1980 as Statutory Rules 1980, No. 277; (v) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 27 June 1990 as Statutory Rules 1990, No. 91; (vi) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 7 July 1993 as Statutory Rules 1993, No. 116; (vii) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 22 December 1993 as Statutory Rules 1993, No. 283; (viii) the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 9 July 1997 as Statutory Rules 1997, No. 95; and (b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 24 August 2015
