Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Act 2015
An Act to amend the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 and the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 and for related purposes [Royal Assent 27 November 2015]
Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
PART 1 - Preliminary
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Act 2015 .
2. Commencement (1) Except as provided in this section, this Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. (2) Part 4 commences on 1 December 2015. (3) Part 3 commences on 1 April 2016.
