Local Government (General) Amendment Regulations 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Local Government Act 1993 .

1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Local Government (General) Amendment Regulations 2016 .

2. Commencement These regulations take effect on 13 April 2016.

3. Principal Regulations In these regulations, the Local Government (General) Regulations 2015 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4. The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (General) Regulations 2015 .

5. The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (General) Regulations 2015 .

6. The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (General) Regulations 2015 .
