Threatened Species Protection Order 2016
I make the following order under section 13(5) of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Threatened Species Protection Order 2016 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Threatened Species Protection Act 1995 .
