Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 9 November, 1994, as Statutory Rules 1994, No. 161, by omitting Schedules 1 and 2 to that proclamation and substituting the following Schedules:
SCHEDULE 1 - Huon Highway – Limited Access Road
Definition Length (in kilometres) That part of the Huon Highway from the north-eastern boundary of its intersection with Turn Creek Road and Mountain River Road at Grove to the south-western boundary of its intersection with Pages Road at Grove. 1.74
SCHEDULE 2 - Huon Highway – Limited Access (Places of Access)
Item Description Location (Distance in kilometres from point of commencement) 1. Turn Creek Road – south-eastern side 0.02 2. Mountain River Road – north-western side 0.02 3. Basin Road – south-eastern side 0.86 4. Pages Road – north-western side 1.72
(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 22 August 2016
