Liquor Licensing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 .

1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2016 .
2. Commencement These regulations take effect on the day on which the provisions of the Liquor Licensing Amendment Act 2015 commence.
3. Principal Regulations In these regulations, the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2015 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
4. The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations 2015 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
