Trustee Companies Regulations 2016
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .

1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Trustee Companies Regulations 2016 .
2. Commencement These regulations take effect on 27 September 2016.
3. Interpretation In these regulations – Act means the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .
4. Prescribed amounts under section 10A of Act (1) For the purposes of section 10A(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $80 000. (2) For the purposes of section 10A(6)(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $85 000.
