Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 17(1) of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 declare –
(a) the reserved land specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation, being areas of land at Mole Creek reserved in the class of conservation area, to be reserved land in the class of national park and give the name Mole Creek Karst National Park to that reserved land; and (b) that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 8 November 2016

SCHEDULE 1 - Areas of land
All those areas of land comprising – (a) about 27.51 hectares, shown as Lot 1; and (b) about 8.803 hectares, shown as Lot 2; and (c) about 6 613 square metres, shown as Lot 3; and (d) about 839 square metres, shown as Lot 4; and (e) about 22.30 hectares, shown as Lot 5 – and bounded by heavy black lines on Plan 9928 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this proclamation.
