Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2017
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2017 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Land exempt from Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 The area of land specified in Schedule 1 to this order is declared to be exempt from the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .
SCHEDULE 1 - Area of Land
All that area of land, in the land district of Pembroke, shown hatched and bounded by a heavy black line on Plan 10407 in the Central Plan Register, a reduced copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this proclamation.
SCHEDULE 2 - Plan
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 1 February 2017
