Proclamation under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2017
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment Act 2017 fix 1 January 2018 as the day on which that Act commences.
