Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2017

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 .

1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Amendment Regulations 2017 .

2. Commencement These regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.

3. Principal Regulations In these regulations, the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2016 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.

4. The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2016 .

5. The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2016 .

6. The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control (Environmental Infringement Notices) Regulations 2016 .
