Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) declare the places on the Bass Highway set forth in Schedule 1 to this proclamation to be places of access for the purposes of section 52B of that Act; and (b) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1980, No. 156, by omitting from Schedule 2 to that proclamation item 8 and substituting the following items: 8 Port Latta Distance in kms from Crayfish Creek Bridge Access to refuse disposal site – south side 1.54 Access to Port Latta – north side 1.95 9 Smithton Distance in kms from Britton Road Bacon Factory Road – south side 0.19 Grey's Mill Road – north side 0.48
(c) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 2 October 2018
