Proclamation under the Police Offences Amendment (Prohibited Insignia) Act 2018
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Offences Amendment (Prohibited Insignia) Act 2018 fix 1 January 2019 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
