Legislative Council Boundaries Expenses Act 1995
An Act to provide for the payment of the costs and expenses of the administration of the Legislative Council Electoral Boundaries Act 1995 [Royal Assent 23 May 1995]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Legislative Council Boundaries Expenses Act 1995 .
2. Commencement This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
3. Costs and expenses of administration of the Legislative Council Electoral Boundaries Act 1995 The costs and expenses of, or incurred in or in connection with, the administration of the Legislative Council Electoral Boundaries Act 1995 are payable out of the Public Account without further appropriation than this Act.
4. Administration of Act Until provision is made in relation to this Act by order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 – (a) the administration of this Act is assigned to the Minister for Justice; and (b) the Department responsible to the Minister for Justice in relation to the administration of this Act is the Department of Justice.
