Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
(a) declare the portions of road specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation to be a subsidiary road, classified as a developmental road, for the purposes of Part II of that Act; and (b) declare that the portion of road specified in Schedule 2 to this proclamation ceases to be a subsidiary road for the purposes of Part II of that Act; and (c) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1970, No. 67 as follows: (i) by omitting from Part I of The Second Schedule to that proclamation the item relating to Lilydale Main Road and substituting the following item: 6.24 Lilydale From the East Tamar Highway at Rocherlea to the northern boundary of its intersection with the Prossers Developmental Road, via George Town Road and Lilydale Road (10.04 kilometres)
(ii) by inserting in Part IV of The Second Schedule to that proclamation, in the correct alphabetical position, the following item: 8.60 Prossers From its intersection with the Tasman Highway at Nunamara to its intersection with Lilydale Road, via Patersonia Road and Prossers Road (13.84 kilometres)
