Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment (Muttonbird) Order 2020
I make the following order under section 30(1) of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment (Muttonbird) Order 2020 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Principal Order In this order, the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order.
4. Schedule 1 amended (Muttonbird rookeries) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting – (a) the heading "West Coast Group" after item 40; and (b) items 41, 42 and 43.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
