Rail Infrastructure (North-East Line) Order 2020
I make the following order under section 49 of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Rail Infrastructure (North-East Line) Order 2020 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 27 March 2020.
3. Principal Act In this order, the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
