HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2021
I make the following order under section 19(1) of the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the HomeBuilder Grants (Amendment of Act) Order 2021 .
2. Commencement This order is taken to have taken effect on 4 June 2020.
3. Principal Act In this order, the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the HomeBuilder Grants Act 2020 .
