Rules of Practice Amendment Rules 2020

The Council of the Law Society of Tasmania makes the following rules under the Legal Profession Act 2007 .

1. Short title These rules may be cited as the Rules of Practice Amendment Rules 2020 .

2. Commencement These rules take effect on 1 October 2020.

3. Principal Rules In these rules, the Rules of Practice 1994 are referred to as the Principal Rules.

4. The amendments effected by this rule have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rules of Practice 1994 .
