Public Sector Superannuation Reform (Declaration of Commission) Notice 2020
I make the following notice under section 6(5) of the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016 .

1. Short title This notice may be cited as the Public Sector Superannuation Reform (Declaration of Commission) Notice 2020 .
2. Commencement This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Interpretation (1) In this notice – Act means the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016 . (2) The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this notice as if this notice were by-laws.
4. Commission to be corporation sole Under section 6(5) of the Act, the Commission is declared to be a corporation sole.
