I make the following notice under section 100(1) of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

1. Short title This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Transfer of Rail Infrastructure - Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port) Notice 2020 .
2. Commencement This notice takes effect on 20 November 2020.
3. Transfer of rail infrastructure All rail infrastructure that is situated on the corridor named the Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port is transferred to the Crown.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 13 November 2020
