Short title These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2021 . 2. Commencement (1) Except as provided in this regulation, the provisions of these regulations take effect on the day on which the making of these regulations is notified in the Gazette. (2) Part 3 takes effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2021 commence. PART 2 - Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 Amended 3. The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 . 4. Principal Regulations In this Part, the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 6.
