Collections for Charities Regulations 2021
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Collections for Charities Act 2001 .

1. Short title These regulations may be cited as the Collections for Charities Regulations 2021 .
2. Commencement These regulations take effect on 17 August 2021.
3. Interpretation In these regulations – Act means the Collections for Charities Act 2001.
4. Authorised soliciting by religious organisations For the purposes of section 4(j) of the Act, soliciting by a religious organisation, by way of an appeal to its adherents or any other person who has attended a religious service held by that organisation, is authorised.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
