Energy Co-ordination and Planning Order 2021

I make the following order under the Energy Co-ordination and Planning Act 1995 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the Energy Co-ordination and Planning Order 2021 .

2. Commencement This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3. Interpretation (1) In this order – Act means the Energy Co-ordination and Planning Act 1995 . (2) The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.

4. Prudent storage level For the purposes of section 3A of the Act, the PSL applicable from the first of each month is as follows: Month Prudent storage level (%) 1. January 37.7 2. February 33.9 3.
