Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Derwent Valley Corridor from Third Avenue to Back River Road) Notice 2021
I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

1. Short title This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (Derwent Valley Corridor from Third Avenue to Back River Road) Notice 2021 .
2. Commencement This notice takes effect on 17 December 2021.
3. Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor (1) The areas of land identified as Area 1 and Area 2 on Plan 11084 in the Central Plan Register are – (a) designated to be land within a corridor; and (b) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and (c) assigned the name "Derwent Valley Corridor from Third Avenue to Back River Road". (2) A reduced copy of Plan 11084 in the Central Plan Register is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 1 , to this notice.
