Interstate Transfer (Community-based Sentences) (Corresponding Laws) Notice 2022
I make the following notice under section 3(2) of the Interstate Transfer (Community-based Sentences) Act 2009 .

1. Short title This notice may be cited as the Interstate Transfer (Community-based Sentences) (Corresponding Laws) Notice 2022 .
2. Commencement This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Corresponding laws The following are declared to be corresponding laws for the purposes of the Interstate Transfer (Community-based Sentences) Act 2009 : (a) the Community Based Sentences (Interstate Transfer) Act 2020 of Queensland; (b) the Community Based Sentences (Interstate Transfer) Act 2015 of South Australia.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 23 March 2022
