State Service (Restructuring) Order 2022
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Premier, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1. Short title This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2022 .
2. Commencement This order takes effect on 31 March 2022.
3. Amalgamations (1) The part, of the Department of State Growth, that is primarily responsible for forest policy is amalgamated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania. (2) The part, of the Department of State Growth, known as the Forest Practices Authority is amalgamated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania. (3) The part, of the Department of State Growth, known as Private Forests Tasmania is amalgamated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania.
