Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Notice 2020
I make the following notice under section 6 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 .

1. Short title This notice may be cited as the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) (North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah) Notice 2020 .
2. Commencement This notice takes effect on 7 February 2020.
3. Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor The area of land designated as Area 1 on Amended Plan, Revision No. 1, of Plan 10396 in the Central Plan Register, to be land within a corridor, is – (a) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and (b) assigned the name "North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah".
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
